Anaesthetic Registrar - 90 Minutes from Melbourne
We have a rare opportunity at training level in Anaesthetics that we are looking to fill on behalf of our Victorian client. The position is for an Anaesthetic Registrar and is available from Late 2009 or as close to this by negotiation.
Located 90 minutes drive from Melbourne city, this thriving hospital provides secondary services to a catchment population of apporximately 100,000 people, while employing nearly 3000 staff. Anaesthetics department run a 24 hour roster with 8 registrars, two direct recruits to Bendigo, 6 others rotating from tertiary hospitals. The department is supported by 5 full time specialist anaesthetists, 11 VMO anaesthetists, 3 full time ICU specialists, 8 registrars (4 rotating from Melbourne Hospitals) and a Pain Nurse.
This position is located away from the hassles of the big city, and yet remains close enough to enjoy the benefits of it. You will be surrounded by wineries, cafe's and lots of wide open spaces, and can enjoy all the offerings of a regional city but not miss out on the big city events.

Vocationally Registered General Practitioner - Albury Wodonga
We have a vacancy for a Vocationally Registered (or registrable) General Practitioner to provide onsite clinical services to Army personnel based in Albury Wodonga.
The position requires the successful applicant to provide General Practice services to Army personnel as well as medical care and treatment to the 20 bed low dependency unit, including leading resuscitation teams as required. Some on call and after hours work would be expected.
This is a full time salaried position, based in Albury Wodonga in Northern Victoria. The successful applicant will:
• Be required to live locally (cannot fly in and out)
• Hold FRACGP or FRNZCGP
• Be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand
• Be able to provide evidence of CPD
• Be available to commence ASAP.
